General Description
The USB 1200 is a digital audio system designed for Music & Message On Hold playback on phone systems. MP3 audio is stored on a removable USB flash drive that is plugged into the USB hub on the unit. The loading of new audio is easily done by “dragging and dropping” MP3 file(s) from a computer to the USB flash drive.
The unit also offers on-board (internal) flash memory that can store and play a single audio file. Once the MP3 file is loaded, the USB drive can be unplugged from the unit.
The USB 1200 is designed for long-term, reliable audio playback for a business application. Made in the USA.

Features
1. MP3 Playback: The USB 1200 is compatible with standard MP3 audio. MP3 bit rates can range from 32 kbps to 256 kbps. No additional software is required when loading MP3 file(s) to the USB drive.
2. Automatic Download: When a USB flash drive is plugged into the 1200, the unit will automatically play and download the MP3 file to the device internal memory.
3. USB Flash Memory: Using a removable USB flash drive will allow customers to update the audio electronically, without the need to receive physical media. Compatible with PC or Mac.
4. Internal Flash Memory: On-board NAND flash memory will store a single MP3 file up to 32mb in size.
5. Speaker: A built-in speaker helps the user listen to audio playback during installation or trouble shooting.
6. Built to Last: The USB 1200 is commercially built with a solid aluminum case. A constant power source and solid-state memory will automatically re-boot the audio playback after a power outage. A compact design and wall-mount flanges ensure a simple installation. |
